Details will be forthcoming regarding practice rounds on Thursday and/or Friday; so you can decide which dates to book.  As well, we anticipate the official registration form to be online within the next week or so.

Note that the hotel cancellation policy is flexible, you are able to cancel the room right up to a day before check-in, so best to book the room now; you can always cancel later!
