We have preliminary information about the Intercity tournament that will be held in Seattle this year. Information is as follows:
Dates: Saturday, Sept 5 & Sunday, Sept 6th, 2026
Courses: Washington National GC (Saturday), and Indian Summer (Sunday).
Entry: $450 USD per golfer, includes both rounds, power carts, prizes, the Friday registration night, and Sunday awards dinner.
Hotel: Laville from the Portland club is working on the contract to secure rooms at a preferred rate. Tentatively, they are as follows:
Best Western Plus Lacey Inn & Suites
The room block is for Friday (9/4), Saturday (9/5) and Sunday (9/6) for as follows:
1 Queen – $140.00 + taxes (includes pullout sofa bed)
2 Queen – $150.00 + taxes
1 King Jr Suite – $155.00 + taxes (includes pullout sofa bed)
Do not contact the hotel yet as the contract is not signed. Our president, Gene Wong, needs to report back to Laville with the number of interested parties coming from Vancouver so that he has an accurate number of rooms to block.
ACTION: If you plan to attend the Intercity tournament and are interested in this hotel – please respond with the # of rooms that you are needing. That’s all we need for now; further details will be released soon when the preferred code is ready, along with the registration form.
