Please note that this Calcutta event is just another special event that happens within a regular tournament, you may choose not to take part in the Calcutta and play it as any other regular tournament on the schedule, just let us know when you sign up. Note that if you take part in the Calcutta, you are obligated to buy back minimum 5% of the winning bid of your team (team owners may let you buy more – e.g. 10%).
There will be an auction night dinner to be held on the Friday prior to the tournament (Aug 9th). All regular VCGC members are welcome to be part of the auction process and join in for the auction dinner (even if you’re not playing the tournament) – let us know if you’re planning to come to the dinner only, it’s free for all regular members, $50/guest.
The new venue for the return of this tournament is Surrey Golf Course.
Cost for entry to this tournament is $150.00 which includes the following:
– Auction night dinner at the Flamingo House Restaurant (chinese meal)
– Golf at the Surrey golf course on Sunday
– Post game steak / Salmon buffet dinner at the Surrey golf course clubhouse
